79Bike UAE provides certified servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for 79Bike Falcon Pro and Falcon GT models through our in-house STRYKE Service Center in Dubai. All repair timelines below are estimates and may vary depending on service queue, complexity, and spare parts availability.
1. Quick Repairs / Consumables
Estimated Completion: Within 24 hours
Includes fast, routine service tasks:
- Initial diagnostics and mechanical inspection
- Tire / inner tube replacement
- Brake pad replacement, brake line adjustment, calibration
- Handlebar and frame alignment
- Tightening of bolts, joints, and structural fasteners
- General cleaning and safety check
- Installation of basic electrical accessories (displays, switches, light controls)
2. Standard Repairs
Estimated Completion: Within 2–3 working days
For moderate mechanical or electrical repair work:
- Replacement of structural components (swing arm, fork, suspension, steering pole, crossbeam)
- Diagnosis and repair of standard electrical systems
- Replacement of lighting components (headlight, brake light, indicator units)
- Voltage regulator, junction box, or ignition system repairs
- Intermediate mechanical adjustments affecting performance
3. Major Repairs / Warranty Repairs
Estimated Completion: Within 4 working days
For advanced diagnostics and high-complexity service work:
- Complete battery diagnostics and servicing
- Electric motor replacement
- Controller replacement and system recalibration
- Full road test, safety verification, performance testing
- Warranty assessment and processing (if eligible)
Important Notes
- All durations are approximate and depend on queue volume and spare parts availability.
- Warranty eligibility is confirmed only after full inspection by certified technicians.
- Customers will receive WhatsApp or phone notifications when bikes are ready.
- Non-warranty repairs begin only after customer approval.
