Yes. STRYKE Trading LLC is the exclusive and official agent of 79Bike in the United ArabEmirates.All our motorcycles come with genuine components, UAE-valid warranty, and full after-sales support.
2. Where are you located?
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Our showroom and service center operate under STRYKE Trading LLC.You can find our full location and Google Maps link on the Contact page.
3. What models do you sell?
We are the official distributor for the:
- 79Bike Falcon Pro
- 79Bike Falcon GT
All units are backed by UAE warranty, genuine spare parts, and certified service support.
4. Do the bikes come with warranty?
Yes. Official UAE warranty includes:
- Motor: 12 months
- Controller: 12 months
- Battery: 12 months
- Frame: 36 months
Warranty applies only to bikes purchased from STRYKE Trading LLC or authorized UAEpartners.Full details are in our Warranty Policy.
5. Do you provide spare parts and servicing?
Yes.
We stock all major spare parts for Falcon Pro and Falcon GT, including:
- Motors
- Controllers
- Batteries
- Tires, brake pads, chains, sprockets
- Plastics, suspension parts, and hardware
All service, diagnostics, warranty repairs, and upgrades are performed at the STRYKE ServiceCenter in Dubai.

7. Do I need a license to ride a 79Bike?
79Bike models are electric dirt motorcycles, intended for off-road and designated ridingareas.
Riders must follow all UAE laws and local regulations.
8. What is the maximum range?
Both models can achieve:
Up to 120 km of riding range (ideal conditions)
Actual range varies by:
- Speed
- Rider weight
- Riding style
- Terrain
- Tire pressure
- Temperature
Sustained high-speed riding reduces range.
9. What is the top speed?
- Falcon Pro: Up to 85 km/h
- Falcon GT: Up to 95 km/h
Speeds depend on weight, terrain, and battery state.
10. How long does the battery take to charge?
Using the original 79Bike charger:
Full recharge: 3–4 hours
Fast chargers or non-original chargers are not allowed and void warranty.
11. Can I ride in the rain or through water?
No.
The bikes are not designed for:
- Heavy rain
- Deep puddles
- Wet sand
- Water crossings
- Pressure washing
Water intrusion voids warranty.
Light splash/dust in UAE conditions is acceptable, but avoid water contact with electrical
components.
12. How long does delivery take?
UAE domestic delivery:
- 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Customers receive tracking details or WhatsApp updates
Orders ship from our Dubai warehouse.
13. Do you offer store pickup?
Yes.
- • Ready within 24 hours
- • Held for 7 days after notification
- • Fully assembled motorcycles must be collected in person
14. What payment methods do you accept?

- Cash on pickup (selected orders)
- Bank transfer
- Tabby installments

15. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and unassembled
- Returned within 2 days
- In original packaging with all accessories
- With valid invoice
Used or assembled motorcycles cannot be returned.

16. What is not covered by warranty?
Not covered:
- Water damage
- Accidents or impacts
- Stunts, jumps, or racing
- Modifications or tuning
- Battery misuse or improper charging
- Wear-and-tear items
- Repairs performed outside STRYKE

17. What should I do if my bike has a problem?

- Photos/video of issue
We will arrange inspection at STRYKE Service Center.
18. Do you offer upgrades or tuning?
We offer:
- Tire upgrades
- Suspension tuning
- Brake upgrades
- Chains and sprockets
- Seat, grip, and protection accessories
We do not offer controller tuning, aftermarket batteries, or voltage modifications (these void
warranty).
19. How often should I service the bike?
Recommended maintenance:
- Bolt check every 1–2 rides
- Chain lubrication every 2–3 rides
- Brake pads check every 100–200 km
- Full inspection every 1–2 months
20. How do I care for the battery?
Basic guidelines:
- Use original charger only
- Charge in cool, dry place
- Do not leave charging unattended
- Never charge when the battery is hot
- Avoid full discharge (below 20%)
- Store at 30–70% if unused
- Keep away from moisture and heat
