This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 79bikeuae.ae, the official online store operated by STRYKE Trading LLC, the authorized distributor of 79Bike electric motorcycles in the United Arab Emirates. By purchasing from our website or store, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
For a refund to be issued, the following conditions must all be met:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition
- The item must be returned within 2 days of receiving it
- All original packaging must be included (box, manuals, accessories, tools)
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- The product must pass STRYKE inspection confirming it has not been used, damaged, or altered
If any of these conditions are not met, the refund request will be rejected.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Used, test-ridden, or assembled electric motorcycles
- Products with missing or damaged original packaging
- Clearance, garage sale, or final-sale units
- Spare parts, consumables, and accessories if opened or installed
- Products damaged during customer transport
- Items purchased from unauthorized or grey-market resellers
- Services (assembly, diagnostics, repairs, transportation fees)
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: typically 7–10 business days after inspection
- Refund will exclude:
- Original delivery fees
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees if applicable
STRYKE Trading LLC reserves the right to deduct documented costs related to packaging or inspection.
4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 5–15% may apply for:
- Opened packaging
- Minor cosmetic handling marks
- Administration and processing time
- Payment gateway charges
- Inspection and repacking
The exact fee depends on the product’s condition after inspection.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- STRYKE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- Tracked, insured shipping is recommended
Products damaged due to poor packaging will be rejected.
6. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders canceled before processing or dispatch receive a full refund
- Payment gateway fees may be deducted depending on provider (Tabby, Tamara, card issuer)
- If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return
7. No Refund on Assembled Bikes
Once an electric motorcycle has been:
- Assembled
- Connected
- Test-powered
- Test-ridden
- Tuned or pre-inspected by technicians
It is no longer refundable under any circumstances.
This ensures safety, product integrity, and manufacturer warranty validity.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Refunds will be rejected if the returned product shows:
- Damage or scratches
- Signs of use
- Missing parts or accessories
- Modified wiring
- Dirt, dust, or wear
9. Warranty vs Refund
Refunds are not issued for:
- Warranty-covered repairs
- Component replacements
- Warranty inspections
- Misuse-related damages
- Out-of-warranty issues
Warranty cases follow the official Warranty Policy, not the Refund Policy.
