This Liability & Safety Disclaimer applies to all electric motorcycles, accessories, spare parts, and services provided by 79Bike UAE, operated by STRYKE Trading LLC, as well as all content, information, and guidance on 79bikeuae.ae.

By purchasing, owning, riding, or servicing a 79Bike product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. General Disclaimer

Electric dirt bikes are high-performance vehicles. Riding them involves inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or death.

By using any 79Bike product, you agree that:

  • You ride at your own risk.
  • You are fully responsible for your own safety, behaviour, and riding decisions.
  • You assume all risks associated with riding, including accidents, collisions, falls, or misuse.
  • STRYKE Trading LLC and 79Bike UAE are not responsible for injuries or damages arising from your use of the product.

If you do not accept these risks, do not ride or purchase a 79Bike product.

2. Compliance With UAE Laws

Riders are solely responsible for complying with all UAE regulations, including:

  • Minimum age requirements
  • Helmet and protective gear rules
  • Use of designated off-road riding areas
  • Licensing or permits where required
  • Safe transportation and storage of lithium batteries
  • Restrictions on riding on public roads, beaches, parks, and walkways

79Bike UAE is not responsible for fines, penalties, confiscations, or legal issues caused by improper riding or misuse.

3. Protective Gear Requirement

For your safety, you must wear:

  • Certified helmet
  • Gloves
  • Protective jacket
  • Knee and elbow guards
  • Closed protective shoes
  • Optional: chest protector, neck brace, goggles

STRYKE Trading LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from missing or improper protective gear.

4. Proper Use & Rider Responsibility

79Bike motorcycles are intended for recreational off-road use unless explicitly approved otherwise.

You agree to:

  • Inspect the bike before every ride
  • Ride within your skill level
  • Avoid stunts, jumps, racing, or abuse
  • Not carry passengers unless the model supports it
  • Avoid water exposure, sand ingress, and flooding
  • Not ride in unsafe weather or poor visibility
  • Never operate the bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Improper use automatically voids warranty and releases STRYKE Trading LLC from all liability.

5. Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs

You acknowledge that:

  • Modifying the controller, battery, wiring, motor, limiter, or firmware is dangerous
  • Aftermarket modifications increase risk of failure or fire
  • Unauthorized repairs void warranty
  • Incompatible chargers or accessories may cause severe damage or fire

STRYKE Trading LLC is not liable for injuries, fires, or damages caused by modified or tampered vehicles.

6. Lithium Battery Safety & Risk Disclaimer

Lithium batteries carry inherent risks if misused. You agree to:

  • Charge only with the original approved charger
  • Never leave charging unattended
  • Avoid extension cables or damaged chargers
  • Keep batteries away from heat, water, and flammable areas
  • Store in a cool, dry location
  • Stop using the battery if swollen, leaking, smoking, or overheated

STRYKE Trading LLC is not liable for battery incidents caused by improper charging, handling, or storage.

7. Mechanical Failure & Rider Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Mechanical failures can occur unexpectedly
  • Regular maintenance is the rider’s responsibility
  • You must stop riding immediately if unusual sounds, instability, or warning signs appear
  • You must routinely check brakes, bolts, tire pressure, and chain tension

STRYKE Trading LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by mechanical failure.

8. Assumption of Risk

By riding a 79Bike motorcycle, you voluntarily assume:

  • All risks of injury
  • All risks of property damage
  • All risks associated with electric performance vehicles

STRYKE Trading LLC, its employees, agents, and partners are released from all claims, including negligence, except where prohibited by UAE law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed under UAE law, STRYKE Trading LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death
  • Damage to personal property
  • Third-party damages
  • Loss of income or business
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damages resulting from misuse or negligence

Your sole remedy is limited to warranty repair or replacement as defined in the Warranty Policy.

10. Rider Agreement

By riding or using a 79Bike motorcycle, you agree that:

  • You understand the risks involved
  • You are physically capable of riding
  • You will ride responsibly
  • You will follow UAE laws
  • You will wear proper safety gear
  • You release STRYKE Trading LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a 79Bike product.
